We take on large projects from remodels to whole house (new construction) building from the ground up. We also specialize in ADUs and additions. We take a lot of pride in the quality of our work which is why we offer warranties on all our projects (terms do apply). We’ll help get you from planning to a finished project all under one roof. We’ll take care of the plans, permits, architectural, engineering, surveying, and more to get you to the desired finished project that you’ve been dreaming of.

We came to Jim with a unique project. When we bought our home there was a room addition that had never been fully finished. Our budget wouldn’t allow for a new build so we decided to do what we could to with the existing structure. Jim came out and gave us a quote and within a few weeks his team was doing demo.

During the entire project his team was very professional, friendly, hard-working and conscientious, and they always cleaned up after themselves. Christian and Gus worked many long days to do what they could to get our project done within our timeline. We ran into snags, as you do with remodeling projects, but they worked tirelessly to make our vision a reality.

They built us a storage closet, added drywall and insulation, repaired stucco, added electrical and lighting, did repairs, painted, installed new windows and installed a mini split system for cooling and heating. The project was about 90% done and functional within our timeline, although completion ended up taking much longer than we anticipated because of a few issues that came up. In the end, Jim and his team made sure that every bit of the job was 100% completed and satisfactory. Our “new” room looks amazing and we are thrilled with the final result.
